WBSEDCL Invites Bids for Supply of Spare Parts for 225 MW Pumped Storage Project

West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has issued a tender for the procurement, fabrication, galvanization, supply, delivery, installation and fixing of MS channel, solar PV module, array junction box, SPD, LA to be utilized at TCF Canal Bank 10 MW (AC) solar photovoltaic power plant under Uttar Dinajpur, West Bengal.

The last day to submit the bid (technical and financial) is September 10, 2023. The last date for submitting the bid is September 11, 2023.

The estimated cost is INR 12.92 lakh. The EMD is 2% on estimated cost, that is, INR 25,840.

The bid validity is for 180 days from the date of the opening of the technical bid.

Eligibility 

The bidder should have the credential for at least one satisfactory execution of contract(s) in supply and installation of any sub-station equipment/ solar plant equipment for which the contract price is minimum 50% of estimated cost.

The equipment should have been operating successfully for minimum one year up to bid submission start date.

West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited had recently issued a tender for three years of operation and maintenance works of existing 10 MW solar power plant with associated equipment and materials at Charrah in Purulia. Goswami Electricals & Construction emerged as the lowest bidder that won the project for two years of O&M. The contract is worth Rs 1.17 cr.
