Waaree Renewable To Be Listed In NSE Soon

Indian renewable energy company Waaree Renewable will soon be listed before the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) arm of the Waaree Group recently informed its investors.

The BSE-listed company discussed the issue in its latest filings. Its board of Directors recently approved the decision.

“This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e., Thursday, December 19, 2024 interalia have; Considered and approved the listing of its Equity Shares on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) subject to regulatory approvals,” the company said.

Currently, all three verticals of the Waaree Group are listed publicly. Its EPC arm-Waaree Renewable Technologies is now listed in BSE. Its energy storage vertical-Waaree Technologies is also listed in BSE. On the other hand, Waaree Energies, the solar module manufacturing part of listed in BSE and NSE too.
