He has cultivated expertise in leading software solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, as well as cutting-edge technologies in Data, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation. Prior to joining Vikram Solar Ltd, Biswas held a distinguished position at IBM, where he served as the Global Leader of the Automation Center of Excellence (CoE), overseeing solutions and delivery for IBM Consulting.
