USA’s Ameresco to Acquire Italy’s Enerqos to Expand Portfolio in Europe

US-based Ameresco, a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy has revealed that it has signed an agreement aimed at the acquisition of ENERQOS Energy Solutions S.r.l. ENERQOS is a renewable energy and energy efficiency firm that is based in Milan. With the acquisition, Ameresco’s expansion of portfolio in clean energy projects and solutions all over Italy will be possible.
