TSREDCO Floats 16 MW Grid Connected Rooftop Solar Tender in Hyderabad

Telangana State Renewable Energy Development Corporation Ltd (TSREDCO) has invited a tender for 16MW grid connected (13 MW + 3 MW) & 14 MW (11MW + 3 MW) through captive mode + 2 MW net-metering mode) grid-connected rooftop solar systems on the cycling track for Hyderabad, Telangana under RESCO model and the global competitive bidding process.

The last date to submit the bid is September 29, 2022, till 03:30 pm and the bids will be opened on October 01, 2022, at 03:00 pm.

The scope of work for the bidder includes complete design, shadow analysis of rooftop, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing & commissioning of 16 MW cumulative capacity grid connected rooftop solar PV projects at 02 stretches of ORR on rooftops of cycling track of HGCL including operation and maintenance (O&M) of the project and cleaning of modules at regular intervals for 25 years after commissioning. 

According to the tender, the completion period for the project is 4 Months from the date of LOA from TSREDCO. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 59,000/- (including 18% GST) as a tender document cost, which is non-refundable & non-adjustable. Each interested bidder will have to submit Rs. 10 lakh per MW as an earnest money deposit (EMD). The selected bidder also will be required to submit Rs. 20 Lakhs per MWp as a security deposit/ contract performance guarantee. 

To procure this tender, the bidder or his consortium member should have experience in the implementation of a 25 MWp capacity solar rooftop project / solar ground-mounted project anywhere in India.  

The average annual turnover of the bidder should be 100 crores in any one financial year in the last 5 financial years. The net worth of the bidder during the last Financial Year shall be positive.
