The award recognized and felicitated TPADL for effectively using marketing communications to attract, retain and develop talent with successful leadership for the Human Resource Development.

Tata Power arm TP Ajmer Distribution Ltd (TPADL), has been recognition as the Best Employer at the North India Best Employer Brand Award 2018.

The company was conferred with the prestigious award at a recently held glittering ceremony in Delhi which was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute; World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group as a part of the 13th Employer Branding Awards.
