Tender Issued for Supply of Solar High Mast Lights at NTPC Vindhyachal By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Thu, May 7th, 2020 State-owned NTPC, India’s largest energy conglomerate, has floated tender inviting eligible bidders for supply, erection and commissioning of solar high mast light in AWRS area at NTPC’s Vindhyachal Super Thermal Power Station. The bidding will be done through e-tendering (in single-stage and two envelope mode) without reverse auction. NTPC Tenders for 870 kW Rooftop Solar PV Plant Also Read The cost of tender is Rs 1,328 inclusive of 18 percent GST, whereas the earnest money deposited (EMD) is Rs 1 lakh. Further, the last date and time for submitting a bid is May 20, 2020, at 3:30 p.m. Also, the time period of completion of the project is 6 months. For the eligibility criteria, the average annual turnover of the bidder, in the preceding 3 financial years as on the date of techno-commercial bid opening, should not be less than Rs 94.28 lakh. However, where audited results for the last FY as on techno-commercial bid opening date are not available, the financial results certified by a practising CA shall be considered acceptable. In case, the bidder is not able to submit the certificate from practising CA certifying its financial parameters, the audited results for 3 consecutive FYs preceding the last FY shall be considered for evaluating the financial parameters. Also, other income will not be considered for arriving at the annual turnover. For Technical Criteria: 1) a). The bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned at least 2 solar high mast lighting systems of minimum 15 meters height within the preceding 7 years which should have been in successful operation for a minimum period of 1 year prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. OR b). i) The bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned at least 2 high mast lighting systems of minimum 15 meters height within the preceding 7 years which should have been in successful operation for a minimum period of 1 year prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. And ii) The bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned at least 2 Solar Street lighting systems in the past 7 years which should have been in successful operation for a minimum period of 1 year prior to the date of techno-commercial bid opening. 2). The bidder should have supplied, erected and commissioned solar high mast lighting system(s) and/or Solar Street lighting system(s) in the preceding 7 years prior to the date of Techno-commercial bid opening, meeting the following criteria: (i) A single order of value not less than Rs 75.42 lakh or (ii) 2 orders of value not less than Rs 47.14 lakh each. or (iii) 3 orders of value not less than Rs 37.71 lakh each. Meanwhile, NTPC has requested bidders to send the tender fee and EMD or MSE registered with NSIC/DIC/Udyog Aadhar to get the exemption, in sealed envelopes well in advance so as to be received by the respective officer before the scheduled date of submission of bids, failing which bid is liable for rejection.
