The Energy Development Cell, Agriculture Division of the Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibag has issued a tender inviting bid for setting up an 83 kW grid-connected solar PV power plant in the office of the district collector Raigad, Alibag in Maharashtra. The brief scope of work for selected bidders will include the design, engineering, procurement and supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage at the site, site development, construction, erection and installation of equipment, testing and commissioning of the solar system. The project developers will also be required to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance on the project for a period of five years from the date of commissioning. The last date for bid submissions is February 27, 2019, and the bids will be opened on February 28, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 55,000 along with their bids. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 56,64,750. To be eligible, a bidder must have supplied and commissioned minimum 10 Nos. of SPV Nos. of solar PV power systems/solar WP systems in a rural area under any Nodal Agency / Government Organisation etc. in India during last 3 years.
