Tender For 50 kW Rooftop Solar Plant Issued in Tamil Nadu By Ayush Verma/ Updated On Thu, Feb 14th, 2019 The last date for bid submissions is February 25, 2019. The Dharmapuri Electricity Distribution Circle (DEDC), under the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) has issued a tender inviting bids for setting up a 50 kW Rooftop solar PV power plant at DEDC’s Palavadi 400 KV Substation, Tamil Nadu. The brief scope of work for selected bidders will include the design, engineering, procurement and supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage at the site, site development, construction, erection and installation of equipment, testing and commissioning of the rooftop solar power system at the 400 KV SS. The last date for bid submissions is February 25, 2019, and the bids will be opened on the same date i.e. February 25, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 10,000 along with their bids. To be eligible, a bidder must be a manufacturer of SPV systems or a system integrator cum EPC contractor having adequate experience in executing LT Grid supported solar power projects in India and had established and commissioned two or more rooftop solar power plants in India with aggregate capacity of 50 kW, the minimum plant capacity being 1 kW, and should have minimum 1 system of capacity of 2 kW and above should be in working condition in any one of the buildings for the past 4 years.
