The Pimpri Chinchwad New Town Development Authority (PCNTDA) in Pune has issued tender inviting bids for the supply and installation of 2 numbers of 50 kW online solar inverter for a solar system installed at the authority campus. The two solar inverters each of 50 kW capacity will be used for the 100 kW capacity solar plant installed in new admin building of PCNTDA. Selected bidders will also be required to provide the maintenance of the inverters, and also the installed solar panels, cabling work of solar system and other allied material for the period of 5 years. The last date of bid submissions is February 16, 2019, and the bids will be opened on February 18, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 55,000 along with their bids. The selected bidders will need to complete the work on the project in a period of 1 Month from the date of issue of the letter of award. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 11,78,000. To be eligible, the bidder should have experience of successful installation, commissioning and maintenance of online grid inverter of at least 100kWp capacity and above during last 3 years and should have supplied the online inverter of 100 kWP and above of amount not less than Rs 3,50,000 to government offices in Maharashtra in last 3 financial years.
