Tender For 50 kW Rooftop Solar Plant in Maharashtra By Ayush Verma/ Updated On Tue, Feb 19th, 2019 The last date of bid submission is February 28, 2019. The Amravati Divisional Office of the Maharashtra Energy Development Agency (MEDA) has issued a tender for setting up of total 50 kW capacity grid-connected solar PV power plant under Rooftop net metering system at district planning office building, collector office, Amravati in Maharashtra. The brief scope of work for selected bidders will include the design, fabrication, supply, installation, testing, commissioning with the remote monitoring system of the solar system with comprehensive maintenance contract for 5 years on “Turnkey” contract basis. The successful Bidder will be required to complete the work within the stipulated time as specified in the tender document. The bidder shall ensure that the SPV power plant should be successfully commissioned within 60 Days from the date of issue of work order. The last date of bid submission is February 28, 2019, and a pre-bid meeting to address the concerns raised by prospective bidders will be held on February 22, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 50 thousand along with their bids. The total estimated cost of the project is Rs 27,50,000. To be eligible, the bidder should have installed and commissioned 30 kW capacity single and 50 kW cumulative grid-connected rooftop net metering system projects. And must have a turnover of minimum Rs 50 lakhs during the last three financial years (i.e.2015- 16, 2016-17 & 2017-18). For the 50 kW, rooftop solar system the manufacturer has to give the guaranteed generation i.e. to generate 4 units per day per kW. The evaluation of monthly guaranteed generation for Solar PV System must be equal to 4 units * 30 days * 50 KW = 6,000 units/ month.
