Telangana Power Generation Corporation Invites Bid for 15 MW of Solar Power Projects By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Fri, May 5th, 2017 TSGENCO has released two separate EPC contract for 8MW and 7MW Solar Power Projects to be set up in Paloncha and Mellacheru, respectively. The Telangana Power Generation Corporation (TSGENCO) has put in a bid EPC contract for 15 MW of solar power projects in the state. The tender includes two solar power projects- 8 MW and 7 MW that will be developed at Kothagudem Thermal Power Station in Paloncha and Pulichinthala Hydro Electric Station in Mellacheru, respectively. The estimated contract value of the 8 MW solar power project is Rs.41 Crores, and the project completion period has been kept 9 months from the date of award of contract. The tender includes design, manufacture, testing at manufacturers, works, third party inspection, supply, storage at site and maintenance for one year of grid connected 8MW solar PV crystalline power project excluding the associated civil works on EPC Basis at specified location. The scope of work for 7 MW solar power project will include design, manufacture, testing at manufacturers works, third party inspection, supply, storage at site, erection, testing, commissioning and maintenance for one year of grid connected ZMW solar PV crystalline power project excluding associated civil works on EPC basis at specified location. Estimated at Rs 35.91 Crores, the Pulichinthala Hydro Electric Station 7 MW solar plant will be completed 9 months from the date of award of contract.
