These 450+ EV charging stations/ outlets have been installed in more than 25 states and 5 union territories at various locations, such as hotels, shopping malls, car dealerships, etc., to make charging simple, reduce range anxiety, and encourage seamless green, and sustainable transportation. Tata Power has also established a cutting-edge Network Operations Center for the efficient administration of charging stations across India (NOC). Strong charging support is made possible by the NOC. In addition to being connected with the digital framework that enables Tata Power’s EV charging services, the center maintains a real-time communication link with all onboard chargers. It is essential for the prompt settlement of any technical issues by maintenance teams and the proactive detection of issues. This center is in charge of prompt issue resolution, proactive charging infrastructure maintenance planning, and back-end system support.
