Tata Power-DDL Wins Innovation with Impact Award at ICC Energy Summit

Tata Power Delhi Distribution Ltd (TPDDL), a joint venture between Tata Power and the Government of Delhi, has secured the Innovation with Impact Award in the category of “Quality of Service and Customer Empowerment”. TPDDL was awarded at the 16th India Energy Summit, which was held in New Delhi and was hosted by the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

The coveted award has been given to Tata Power-DDL in recognition of its system effectiveness and excellent contributions to its dedication to its customers. The award evaluates the performance of distribution utilities based on standards for the caliber of services offered to final customers. The company has used cutting-edge technology in the area of electricity distribution throughout the years and delivered the highest-quality services to its customers with high efficiency.

The 16th India Energy Summit featured 29 DISCOMs from all around the nation. Eminent jury members, including regulators and bureaucrats, judged the winners.
