SUNPURE Secures 107 MW Contract with Juniper Green Energy

SUNPURE, which specializes in PV intelligent cleaning robot business, has joined hands with AMP Energy India to supply water-free robotic cleaning systems for 300 MW of capacity. The contract paves the path for the supply of fully automatic and semi-automatic advanced versions of SUNPURE robotic cleaning systems. These will see installations of 1 P single axis trackers in Rajasthan, India. The systems are scheduled for commissioning in the fourth quarter of 2023.

SUNPURE has set sights on providing innovative solar module cleaning robotic solutions that complement and are compatible with all industry modules as well as mounting/tracking systems suppliers. Presently, SUNPURE has entered into agreements for PV cleaning robot for a an aggregate of over 8 GW globally.

AMP Energy India, which delves into utility scale renewable energy projects, power Markets, battery energy storage and C&I renewable energy projects in India and beyond, Amp Energy India says it is well placed to reach a 5 GWp portfolio in the next five years.

Earlier during the year, SUNPURE Technology Co. Ltd. announced that it had signed agreements with renewable energy developer Sprng Energy, under which, SUNPURE will supply its robotic cleaning systems that do not require water in the cleaning process for the solar projects of Sprng Energy.
