Sungrow Inks Pact with Panasian Power to Boost its Inverter Supply in Sri Lanka

Sungrow, which is among the world’s most bankable inverter brands with more than 100 GW installations, has recently entered into a distribution pact with Panasian Power PLC, a Sri Lanka-based supplier of clean and renewable energy to Sri Lankan national grid.

The China-based central and string inverters supplier said that, Panasian Power PLC is the first official partner of the company in Sri Lanka for the distribution of it’s product portfolio.

Prior to this deal, the inverter maker was supplying directly its PV solutions to the Sri Lankan market through its sales team itself, but now we have an official partner, as disclosed by the company executive to Saur Energy.

Through this partnership, the company wants to expand the distribution of its’s residential as well as commercial products in Sri Lanka.

Sunil Badesra, Business Head of Sungrow India and Sri Lanka, saw good opportunity through this new partnership, and said “with over 100 GW+ installations across the globe, we want to cater the demand of Sri Lanka’s solar industry and deliver superior products with value-added service to our customers. Our partnership with Panasian Power will help us to grow and boost our business in this market.”
