In this role, Ruhie will work closely with Pratik Agarwal, Managing Director, Sterlite Power. She will be responsible for leading HR including strategy, talent, and culture priorities for the Group. As an accomplished leader and domain expert, she has won several awards and received industry recognition throughout her career for her contribution to HR.
