SWREL Mumbai-based Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Limited (SWREL), a domestic renewable EPC company backed by Reliance group, has secured three new domestic letters of award worth ₹1,470 crore. The company received two letters of award from private IPPs and was declared L1 for a 200 MW AC solar project. SWREL’s first Wind EPC order came from a private IPP for a hybrid project in Rajasthan. The scope of work includes Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) for a 69.3 MW Wind Balance of Plant (BoP) and 58 MW AC / 75 MWp DC Solar BoS, along with a 132 kV / 33 kV pooling substation. Additionally, Sterling and Wilson were also declared L1 for a turnkey 200 MW AC / 260 MWp DC solar project in Gujarat, awarded by a leading PSU developer. Renewable Projects in Rajasthan & Gujarat In Rajasthan, SWREL received an order for a hybrid project from a private IPP. The scope includes EPC for a 69.3 MW Wind BoP and 58 MW AC / 75 MWp DC Solar BoS, along with a 132 kV / 33 kV pooling substation. In Gujarat, the company secured a turnkey solar EPC project for 200 MW AC / 260 MWp DC from a leading PSU developer.
