Sonnedix is pleased to announce the acquisition of the 7 MWp Olmeda solar PV plant from Sunflower Sustaintable Investments Ltd. and Shikun & Binui Ltd., taking its operating capacity in Spain to 145MWp. The ground-mounted solar PV plant is located in Cuenca, Spain. The acquisition is in line with Sonnedix’s strategy of deepening its Spanish presence and demonstrates its long-term commitment to the Spanish market. The acquisition of the Olmeda solar PV plant is the first successful result of Sonnedix partnership with the Vela Energy management team. Sonnedix Group is majority owned by institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management.
