Solex Energy Closer To Adding 2.2 GW Solar Production Line

Solex Registers 126% YoY Growth, With Rs. 3,659.2 Mn Revenue From Its Operations

 Solex Energy is set to accelerate its growth trajectory by launching a new 2.2 GW solar module production line. With this new line becoming operational, the company’s total manufacturing capacity will reach approximately 4 GW. The company added this new solar production line with ₹200 crore Investment. The new production line, targeted for completion by September 2025, is expected to commence commercial operations by the beginning of Q3 of FY 25-26. 

Leveraging TOPCon (glass-toglass) technology, Solex integrates an automated production process that includes AI and AOIdriven efficiencies and a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) for real-time traceability and data analytics. With a cycle time of less than 16 seconds per module.

This expansion is set to enhance productivity and quality, significantly increasing overall manufacturing capacity. It will use TOPCon (glass-to-glass) technology and incorporate AI and automated optical inspection (AOI)-driven systems, along with a manufacturing execution system (MES) for real-time traceability and analytics.

Solex has forged strategic partnerships with Zhuhai Gmee Solar Equipment Company for access to advanced technology and industry expertise.
