Solar EPC Solidus Power Bags Maiden Rajasthan Project For 29 MW

Solidus Techno Power Pvt. Ltd., a solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) solutions firm in Punjab, is expanding its footprint beyond Punjab with a major new venture: a 29 MWp solar project in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The move outside the state is a major milestone for the company as it expands its horizons.

The Bikaner project is located in one of India’s top regions for solar energy potential. Being set up under captive open access mode, the project is expected to serve 40% of the power needs of its industrial client’s manufacturing facility, reducing reliance on traditional energy sources and driving substantial cost savings. The project is scheduled for completion in September 2025.

Solidus Techno Power will deliver it as a complete EPC (Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project, managing all aspects of the project from design to execution. The company will leverage its expertise in providing end-to-end solutions for seamless integration of solar energy into industrial operations.

“We are thrilled to expand our presence into Rajasthan with this transformative 29 MWp solar project in Bikaner. This is a significant leap for Solidus as we continue to lead in Punjab and now bring our expertise to one of India’s most promising solar markets,” said Harvinder Singh, Director of Solidus Techno Power Pvt. Ltd.

Headquartered in Patiala, Punjab, Solidus Techno Power has been offering end-to-end solar EPC solutions for industrial applications to residential energy solutions. Established in 2016, it has a robust portfolio of over 60 MW of completed projects across diverse industries and claims to have approximately 350 MW of projects currently under development.

For Solidus, the move comes at a time when its home market in Punjab is also looking up strongly for solar capacity additions.
