SOFAR Brings PV & ESS Solutions At Solar Solutions 2024

Photovoltaic and Energy Storage System solutions company SOFAR presented its various products during the Solar Solution conclave 2024. SOFAR PowerMagic, a system crafted for C&I ESS, made a debut at the expo. It’s endowed with an efficient liquid cooling system and intelligent temperature control, promising unsurpassed cooling capabilities and energy efficiency. The modular design allows for seamless expansion on both DC and AC sides, accommodating up to 6 units in parallel and boasting a maximum storage capacity of 8MWh. Its compatibility with larger cells and an anti-condensation design ensures longevity and lower LCOS, making it a game-changer in the market.

SOFAR PowerNano was also introduced which is an all-in-one solution that doubles as a microinverter, smart home hub, and AC battery, offering homeowners fantastic flexibility in storage needs. It optimizes energy self-consumption and offers an impressive yield improvement of up to 5% with 182/210mm modules. Additionally, PowerNano ensures uninterrupted power supply during grid disturbances, making it a reliable ally in any home.

Meanwhile, SOFAR also displays residential solar and storage solutions including 3-12kW inverter series, HYD 5~20KTL-3PH and PowerAll, 125KTLX-G4 for C&I PV, along with PowerMega for utility PV.

At Intersolar India SOFAR, a global photovoltaic (PV) and an Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions provider for all-scenarios, introduced PowerMega (350KTLX0) optimized for utility solar applications.

Recently, Solar energy solutions provider SOFAR has commissioned a 300 MW utility project. Located on the south edge of China’s fourth largest desert Tengger Desert, the plant is expected to generate 540 million kWh of clean electricity annually and restore 5.2 square kilometers of grassland after being fully connected to the grid this week, saving 160,000 tons of SCE per year.
