SJVN Invites Bids For 47.60 MW Khirvire Wind Power Station In Maharashtra

Hydro, and now, all renewable focused PSU SJVN Limited, has invited online and open e-Tender for a 47.60 MW wind energy project in Maharashtra, under single stage two bids system (Techno-Commercial Bid & Price Bid) through Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

The SJVN tender invite s bids for “Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of SJVN’s 47.60 MW (56 x850 kW) Khirvire Wind Power Station (KWPS). The project is located at Khirvire/Kombhalne Villages, Taluka Akole, District Ahmednagar in the State of Maharashtra for five years. As per the details uploaded on the GeM Portal, bidders are requested to submit their bid through GeM Portal on or before the scheduled last date and time for submission of Bids.

The GEM bid date is 3rd April 2024, and the document is available for downloading from 3 April 2024 to 2 May 2024 up to 14:00 Hrs.

The last date of pre bid clarifications is 25 April 2024

The pre-bid meeting is to be held on 12th April 2024 at 11:00 Hr. at Conference Room, SJVN Ltd., 6th Floor, Tower No. 1, Office

Block, NBCC Complex, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi-110023. The meeting will also be held online through video conferencing and teams link is to be shared before pre bid.

The last date and time for receipt/submission of bids is from 3 April 2024 to 2 May 2024 up to 14:00 Hrs (IST)

The date and time of opening of techno-commercial bids is 02.05.2024 up to 14:00 Hrs. (IST)

The period of bid validity is 120 days from the last date of submission of bids.

The Earnest Money Deposited (EMD) payable is Rs 61,08,000/- or exemption for the MSME/Start Ups as per the tender document.

Amount of Performance Security is 5 % of Total Contract Value (excluding GST).
