The last date for submitting the bid for this 5.5 MW tender is November 09, 2022, at 01:00 pm, and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 pm. The last date for submitting the bid for this 5.5 MW tender is November 09, 2022, at 01:00 pm, and bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 pm. The scope of work of this SJVNGreen Energy 5.5 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning. Scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) of the entire SPP up to the delivery point, free of cost for the warranty period of 12 months from COD (Commercial Operation Declaration) and paid O&M of SPP for 3 years after the warranty period. The estimated total cost of the tender is Rs. 70800/-. There is no earnest money deposit for the interested bidders. The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity at the time of placement of the contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity by up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates.
