SJVN Floats Tender for Supply of 140.4 MW Solar Modules

SJVN Arm Joins Hands with Norwegian Firm to Develop 2 MW Pilot Floating PV

SJVN Green Energy has floated a tender for the manufacture and supply of 140.4 MW of solar modules. These are for the Pojewal and Rurki Chandpur solar projects in Nawashahar, Punjab.

The last date for the submission if bids is June 13, 2023. Bids will open on June 13, 2023.

The solar modules shall be sourced only from the model and manufacturers included in the latest “Approved List of Models and Manufactures (ALMM)” issued by MNRE and amended time to time.

Selection of contractor(s) for procurement of solar PV modules upto the full capacity will be carried out through e-bidding followed by e-reverse auction process. The minimum capacity allocated to the bidder shall be 23.40 MWp and in multiples of 23.40 MWp. The maximum allocation to a single bidder shall be 140.40 MWp.

Yhe annual average turnover for the last three (03) financial years, ending on 31st March of the last financial year- Rs. 85 lakh/ MW for total quoted capacity.

The MNRE (Ministry of New and Renewable Energy) recently published a full calendar for the financial year FY23-24, outlining the bidding targets for the four key central implementing agencies. These include SECI, NTPC, NHPC and SJVN. NTPC and NHPC will have 10 GW each as capacities for bids.
