Shadowfax Technologies has announced a new target of 75 percent of its fleet being electric vehicles by 2024. Headquartered in Bengaluru, the firm also aims for 100% electrification by 2026 as its long-term growth goal. As EV is replacing conventional mobility in various sectors, logistic companies are looking to devise sustainable electric logistic solutions. Seeking to contribute to the ongoing global Zero Pollution Campaign, the company’s sustainable electric logistic solutions include IP technologies optimized for various parameters: vehicle speeds, customer expectations, willingness, and ability to pay. “Shadowfax Technologies is leading the two-wheeler market adoption of zero-carbon emission. About 30% of daily active users of its 100k+ strong crowdsourced platform use cycles, EVs, and other eco-friendly means,” claims the company. The firm is targeting women as a new category of users. Shadowfax is also participating in the NITI Aayog project ‘Shoonya- Zero Pollution mobility’.
