Wind turbine maker Senvion India today announced a new order (conditional) from Continuum Green Energy for 50 of its recently launched 4.2M160 wind turbine generators (WTGs), totalling 210 MW. The project is scheduled for deployment in Gujarat or Karnataka, with deliveries beginning in April 2026.

In addition to the initial 50 WTGs, the agreement allows for an increase in the order (conditional) of up to 50 units, potentially expanding the project’s footprint in Gujarat and other states.

“This order is a significant milestone in Senvion’s ongoing collaboration with Continuum Green Energy. The project will include the installation of Senvion’s advanced 4.2M160 turbines, which intelligently integrate cutting-edge technologies for accuracy in control and optimisation, extending the turbine’s life significantly and lowering operational costs.
