SECI releases tender on behalf of APEDA for rural electrification of 1058 nos. of off-grid villages in AP By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Wed, Nov 30th, 2016 Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) is inviting bids on behalf of APEDA, Arunachal Pradesh for rural electrification of 1058 nos. of off-grid villages in Arunachal Pradesh by installing 300wp solar power packs under Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana (DDUGJY). The tender is available on TCIL India website; interested bidders have to download the official copy of RfS & other documents from the website. Last date for the submission of the bid is 29th December 2016. Technical eligibility criteria for bidder as mentioned by SECI includes The bidders should be a manufacturer of SPV Cells / Modules or Battery or PV System Electronics or LED Lights (Confirming to relevant National / International Standards). OR A PV System Integrator having the experience in Supply, Installation and Commissioning of SPV Power Plants and Solar Systems of Capacity not less than 480kWp in last three years. OR A supplier who has also installed and commissioned at least 6400 nos. of not less than 75Wp of similar Solar PV Power Packs in last three financial years (i.e. 2013-2014, 2014-2015, 2015-2016 and till date of bid opening). Bidder shall submit, in support to the above, the list of projects commissioned along with their work order/ LOI and the commissioning certificates along with the Joint Meter report of the reference plant for preceding 3 months from date of opening of techno commercial bid opening. Bidder should have valid Test Certificate(s) for the components of the Solar PV Power Pack they will supply under this e-Tender (Test Certificates should have been issued by any of the MNRE approved Test Centres or equivalent reputed Test Centres) Security Deposit/ Performance Guarantee The successful Bidders, who execute the agreement with SECI for the work, shall have to furnish a contract security amount equivalent to 10% of total value of the contract in the form of Performance Bank Guarantee valid for a period of 60 months from the date of issuance of Letter of Award. The bank guarantee may be issued by any of the banks listed out as enclosed with the NIT.
