SECI Looks for Agency to Forecast 10 MW Solar Plant at DRDO Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) has released a tender for the selection of agency for the generation forecasting and load forecasting work at DRDO for 10 MW solar PV power plant. It will also include coordination with Bangalore Electricity Supply Company (BESCOM), Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL). The last date for submission of bids is January 17, 2024. Techno-commercial bid opens on January 17, 2024. The contract period will be of three (3) years from the date of the signing of the contract agreement with the provision for the extension for another two years at the same terms and conditions. SECI Invites Bids for 400 MWp Domestically Manufactured Solar Modules Also Read The bid validity is for a period of 180 days. The tender processing fee is INR 6,000 inclusive of GST @ 18% per bid. The EMD is INR 47,000. The contract performance security is 5% of the total contract value. SECI Seeks Wind Power Developers for 1350 MW Wind Power Projects Also Read The bidder should have successfully completed at least one single similar work order of value of INR 37,80,000, or the bidder should have successfully completed at least two similar work orders of value of INR 23,60,000 or more during any of the last three years, that is, the current financial year and the last three financial years. Or the bidder for the forecasting of the solar plant at DRDO should have successfully completed at least three similar work orders of value of INR 18,90,000 or more during any of the last three years, that is, the current financial year and the last three financial years. The Minimum Average Annual Turnover (MAAT) of the bidder in the last three financial years (that is, FY 2020-21, 2021-22 & 2022-23) should be INR 18,90,000. The bidder should have a minimum working capital of INR 3,90,000 as per the last audited financial statement. If the bidder’s working capital is inadequate, the bidder should supplement this with a letter from the bidder’s bank, having net worth not less than INR 500 crores, confirming availability of the line of credit for more than or equal to INR 3,90,000.
