SECI Invites Bids for 2 MWh Solar Project with 1 MW BESS in Himachal Pradesh

SECI Looks for Developers for Setting Up 2000 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Projects

SECI (The Solar Energy Corporation of India) is inviting  bids to construct a 2 MWh solar project and a 1 MW Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in Kaza, Himachal Pradesh.

The last date for online submission of bids is 03.04.2023 till 1400 Hours and tenders will be opened on the same day at 1600 Hours.

The project involves various activities such as design, engineering, construction, supply, erection, testing,and commissioning. The bidder has to undertake operation and maintenance (O&M) for five years after the project is commissioned.

The tender processing fee is ₹25,000 and an earnest money deposit is ₹3,400,000.

The criteria  fulfilled by the bidders are-1)The minimum annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years should be ₹68.5 million 2).The net worth for the last financial year should be positive. 3) The bidder should have a minimum working capital of ₹28.6 million as per the last audited financial statement. 4)The minimum average annual turnover of the bidder in the last three financial years should be ₹6,85,00,000. 5)The net worth for the last financial year should be positive and the bidder should have a minimum working capital of ₹2,86,00,000 as per the last audited financial statement.
