Performance Securities shall be furnished by the bidder after issuance of the Purchase Order. At the time of placing the order, Solar Energy Corporation can increase or decrease the 10% quoted module capacity on the same price, terms, and conditions of the contract. The Supplier shall supply 0.5% of awarded Package Capacity as Mandatory Spares in addition to the awarded Package. Bidder has 16 months from the date of the Contract Agreement / Purchase & Service Order to complete the awarded capacity.
