SECI Extends Bid Submission Date to Hire Professional Support Staff across India

The Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for second time has extended the bid submission deadline for a tender floated for engagement of Agency for the hiring of Professional Support Staff at SECI, New Delhi along with its sites across various locations in the country.

This is the second time when the nodal agency has extended the last date for submitting bids of hiring professional staff.

Also, there’s no tender fee applicable here, however, the earnest money deposited (EMD) is Rs 22,66,640. Besides, the tender value is Rs 12 crore and the bid process fee is Rs 25,000 non-refundable.

The contract is initially for a period of two years, however, it can be extended for a further 1 year based on the satisfactory performance of the contractor.

Now, the last date and time for bid submission of tender for engagement of agency for the hiring of professional support staff have been extended to July 01, 2020, till 1400 hrs from its existing date of June 15, 2020. It’s bid opening date has also been extended from June 15, 2020, to July 01, 2020, at 1600 hrs.

Moreover, the hiring agency must be in the area of Engineering, Accounting, Information Technology (IT), Human Resource & Office Administration. Its scope of work includes the deployment of 100-150 numbers of professional support staff on a monthly basis. The manpower numbers are purely indicative and the contractor has to provide the actual number of professional support staff as directed by SECI possessing requisite qualification, experience, etc.
