One of three tenders is the 100 MW solar tender of Getalsud Dam, Ranchi, 44 MW & 22 MW solar tender of the Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). The three tenders include 100 MW solar tender of Getalsud Dam, Ranchi, 44 MW & 22 MW solar tender of The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL). SECI has said that the reason behind the cancellation of this 100 MW Getalsud Dam project is technical parameters and bidding prices. SECI floated this project on February 2, 2022 and the deadline for the bidding was March 31, 2022, after which, SECI extended the deadline once. The Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL), located in the State of Telangana, had planned to promote green energy by putting in a solar PV power plant. SECI released 2 tenders to help SCCL adopt solar energy. The first tender was for a 44 MW(AC) ground-based Solar PV Power Plant at different sites including 10 years of plant O&M at SCCL. SECI floated this tender document on March 29, 2022 & the closing date for bidding was May 17, 2022. This 44 MW solar power plant was divided between three different sites, 22.5 MW, 10.5 MW, and 11 MW. The second tender was for a 22 MW(AC) OB Dump-based Solar PV Power Plant at RG OC 1. SECI floated this tender document on May 18, 2022 and the closing date for bidding was June 15, 2022. This 22 MW solar project was a single location project.
