Schletter Group Appoints Eric Roujolle as New MD for Japan By Manu Tayal/ Updated On Wed, May 23rd, 2018 Roujolle has over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector including 10 years in Japan itself. Schletter Group has appointed Eric Roujolle as new Managing Director for its Japanese arm, Schletter Japan K.K, which exclusively markets the products of the Schletter Group. Eric Roujolle has been appointed in place of Dominik Grützner, who has resigned from the designated post. Commenting on the Roujolle’s appointment, Schletter Group, CEO, Tom Graf said, “Just like all of Asia, Japan is a very important market for us, and it is showing great growth figures.” “We are glad to say that in Eric Roujolle we have found a manager of great experience as well as knowledge of the Japanese market. He will further drive our growth in this region,” Graf added. Roujolle has over 20 years of leadership experience in the energy sector including 10 years in Japan itself. Earlier, his experience includes working at Mitsubishi as Commercial Director in the PV segment; Photowatt International as Managing Director, and MSK as Sales and Managing Director. In addition to this, Roujolle acts as Consultant and Business Developer for large international corporations and start-ups in the renewable energies sector. Besides, Tom Graf also thanked Dominik Grützner, the erstwhile Managing Director, for his accomplishments. Grützner took over as Managing Director of Schletter Japan K.K in 2012. Meanwhile, the main suppliers of Schletter Japan K.K are the Schletter Group’s production facilities in Shanghai, China. As a result of high demand, these are currently operating at full capacity.
