RVNL to Form JV with Jakson Green for EPC Projects

Jakson Solar Partners with Ariel Re to Elevate Credibility in Solar PV Modules 

MiniRatna CPSE under the Ministry of Railways, Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) will soon be forming a joint venture with Jakson Green, a diversified energy firm that deals with distributed energy, solar energy, EPC, hydrogen, hybrid and Battery Energy Storage Solutions (BESS).

Jakson Green is the new energy transition platform supported by the infrastructure and renewables giant Jakson Group.

The partnership will pave the way for clean energy engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects. It also looks at giving an impetus to India’s decarbonization plans and design as well as deliver EPC projects at global level.

Through the JV, RVNL and Jakson will deliver EPC related clean energy projects of giga scale in the MENA region (Middle East & North Africa), Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) countries.

Headquartered at Noida, Jakson currently has four manufacturing facilities for manufacturing generating sets, solar modules and Battery Energy Storage Systems. The firm has presence all over India and globally in SAARC, Middle East and African regions. It has a fully automated module manufacturing plant of 600 MW capacity at Greater Noida that is being augmented up to 1 GW capacity. It also boasts of a dedicated manufacturing plant for battery energy storage systems with an annual capacity of 250 units.

Recently, a significant solar EPC order was awarded to Jakson Green in Bikaner, Rajasthan.
