RUMSL Issues Tender for Development of 750 MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power Projects Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited (RUMSL) has issued a tender for the development of 750 MW wind-solar hybrid power projects in Madhya Pradesh. This project will be on a BOO basis (Build Own Operate) basis. Developers may also add storage capacity.

The minimum offer that can be placed for a bid is 10 MW and maximum of 375 MW. The bidding document fee is for INR 25,000. The bid processing fee is INR 100,000 with 18% GST for 10 MW to 50 MW project capacity and INR 200,000 plus GST for projects above 50 MW.
The PPA will be signed for a period of 25 years.
Recently, Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Limited invited bids for setting up 114 MW ground-mounted solar power projects in Madhya Pradesh. The projects will be set up across three districts of the state. Earlier, RUMSL issued an RFP for allotment of pumped hydro storage sites in Madhya Pradesh.
