These solar plants will be installed on the state government building/state government undertaking building’s rooftops. The last date for submitting the bid for this 50 MW solar power project is November 28, 2022, till 04:00 pm & bids will be opened on November 29, 2022, at 04:00 pm. Rajasthan Renewable Energy Corporation Limited (RRECL) has invited requests for the selection of a 50 MW (RFS for 50 MW) grid-connected rooftop solar power plant project at various locations in Rajasthan. These solar plants will be installed on the state government building/state government undertaking building’s rooftops. The last date for submitting the bid for this 50 MW solar power project is November 28, 2022, till 04:00 pm & bids will be opened on November 29, 2022, at 04:00 pm. The scope of work of this Rajasthan Renewable Energy 50 MW tender includes design, engineering, site development, manufacture, inspection at supplier’s works, supply, insurance, transport, storage, erection, testing & commissioning with net-metering. The scope of work also includes operation & maintenance (O&M) services for 25 years from the date of commissioning of solar projects. The minimum and maximum quoted capacity for all interested bidders are 3MWp & 10MWp respectively. Bidder to furnish Bid Security for the quoted capacity. Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 5,000 (+ 18% GST) as a cost of the RFS document, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. 1,000 (+ 18% GST) as e-processing charges, which is also non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs 8,70,260/- per MW as bid security & for Small Scale Industries of Rajasthan is Rs. 2,17,565/- per MW of quoted capacity. Successful Bidder shall additionally submit 1% of MNRE Benchmark Cost plus Applicable taxes as a Nodal Agency administration cost, for each Project within 15 days of sanction of the project. The awarded bidder must provide Rs. 13,05,377/- per MW as a performance bank guarantee (PBG) after the issuance of the letter of intent and before signing the power purchase agreement (PPA). The minimum average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years should be 3 crores per MW.
