Each interested bidder will have to pay Rs. 8,70,260/-per MW as a bid security amount & Rs.5,000/- (plus 18% of GST) as a cost of the bid document, which is non-refundable. Each interested bidder will also have to pay Rs. . 1,000/- (plus 18% of GST) as an e-proc charge, which is non-refundable as well. The bid security shall be 2% of the estimated value of the subject matter of procurement put to bid. Average Annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year, should be at least 3 crores per MW for the quoted capacity from the last three financial years ending on 31.03.2021 based on audited annual accounts.
