REIL Issue Tender for 50MWp for Solar Power Plants

Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited has issued a tender for the implementation of 50 MWp grid connected rooftop and small ground mounted solar power plants for Government buildings in different states/ Union Territories of India under RESCO Model.

The last date for online submission of bids is July 28, 2023. The last date for offline submission is July 31, 2023.  Online bid opens on July 31, 2023.

The bid security is INR 0.45 Lakh per MWp.

The bidder can apply for minimum one state and maximum all the state as per the NIT subject to minimum 1/3 capacities in a particular state/UT ( i.e. For the state Himachal Pradesh , bidder can bid minimum 500 KWp and maximum 1500 KWp). Preference will be given to those bidders who participated for full capacity. If number of bidders who participated for full capacity are less than three bidders for each state then offer of bidders opting partial capacity will be consider to full fill the capacity of that state.

The scope of work entails site survey, design, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning along
with associated power evacuation and transmission system including warranty, 25 years operation and maintenance of roof top solar PV power system.

REIL has been designated as implementing agency for implementation of grid connected rooftop and small solar power plants programme of MNRE. The generated solar power may be utilized for captive application and the surplus power may be fed to the grid. The aims for this project to reduce the fossil fuel based electricity and make buildings self-sustainable from the point of electricity.

Other than renewable energy, REIL has also been active on the e-mobility front. In Januarty, REIL placed an order with Statiq for 253 rapid EV chargers.
