Radite Energy’s Pawan Pandey Starts Fresh Entrepreneurial Journey

Pawan Pandey, one of the three co-founders at Radite Energy, an EPC player that has worked with established developers like Azure Power and others, has decided to start afresh with his own startup in the space. The firm was started in 2015 by Pawan and his co-founders.

Pandey, who played an instrumental role in the growth and development of Radite Energy into a well regarded player in the segment,  informs us that the new firm will be up and running soon. Before he co-founded Radite, he had been associated with M/s Ganges, M/s Salasar and other  companies. Pawan is an MBA in Marketing, who has been focused on building businesses in all his previous roles.

Radite Energy claims to have been involved with almost 700 MW of utility scale build ups, besides 12 MW of rooftop solar, delivering a topline of close to Rs 30 crores. The firm has been one of many which grabbed the opportunity when it presented itself, in terms of the boom that started in 2015. It’s a tide that lifted many startups and businesses, with a premium on speed and organisational skills over experience.

Radite had recently expanded into solutions for EV systems  and telecoms.

Abhijeet Gupta and Abhishek Singh Gaur are Pawan’s other co-founders at Radite Energy, who will continue to run the business now.

Speaking about what prompted his move, Pawan says “it has been a great journey at Radite, and the learnings have been immense. The changes we have seen in the sector during this time have been amazing, and it has been a privilege to have worked with so many of our clients. At this stage, I just had a few more plans to explore, with my own view on execution, and eventually decided to go it alone this time”.
