Peck Company Takes Over iSun Energy, a Clean Energy Product Innovator By Saur News Bureau/ Updated On Wed, Jan 6th, 2021 US-based commercial solar engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firm The Peck Company has signed a binding term sheet to acquire iSun Energy LLC, a solar-powered electric vehicles (EV) provider. Peck will acquire iSun in an all-stock transaction. After taking over, Peck will change itself to iSun Energy and trade on Nasdaq under the ticker “ISUN”. However, it will continue to serve the solar markets with rooftop and ground-mount solar installations. Also, Peck Data and Peck Electric business units will expand into new markets. Additionally, iSun is offering its Mobility Hub, solar EV charging, and the iSun Oasis Smart Solar Bench to the Peck including its major public investments in renewables and electric mobility infrastructure and 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations. Peck provides EPC services to solar energy customers for projects ranging in size from several kilowatts to multi-megawatt systems for commercial and utility-scale projects. Peck has installed over 200 megawatts of solar systems since it started installing solar PV in 2012 and continues its focus on profitable growth opportunities.
