Parminder Chopra Becomes CMD at PFC, First Woman to Lead India's Largest NBFC Parminder Chopra has been appointed as the CMD at Power Finance Corporation (PFC). She was earlier the Director (Finance) at PFC. She has becomes the first women to steer the country’s largest NBFC. Parminder brings to the table over three decades of experience in the sectors of finance and power. The firm said, “During her term as Director (Finance), PFC reported its highest net profit, highest net worth and lowest NPA levels. The robust financial performance enabled PFC to get Maharatna status.” The new CMD has been responsible for successfully executing an INR 1.12 lakh crore Liqudity Infusion Scheme (LIS) towards the power distribution sector.
