Oriana Power Gets 40 MW Solar Project In Rajasthan

Oriana Power has secured a new solar plant project of 40 MWp capacity. This project will be implemented by a separate entity incorporated/to be incorporated by Oriana Power Ltd directly or through its subsidiaries, as is the case with open access solar projects.

The commеrcial and industrial (C&I) solar manufacturеr received an order in plans to implement the 40 MWp ground-mounted project, in Rajasthan. The Oriana Power project will be completed within the next nine months. Tentatively, the project is estimated to complete the construction/ develop the project at Rs. 155 Cr.  Moreover, the total operation and maintenance period of Oriana Power is 25 Years from the commercial operation date (COD).

The company earlier bagged an order to set up a 25MWp Group Net Metering Solar Power Plant (Agro Photovoltaic) for a real estate company. This project is developed with underground cabling up to 10km including RoW for a 25 MWp captive solar power. The plant is under the Group Net Metering (GNM) Policy in Delhi, the project marks the following features.

The Oriana Power project included a 10 km underground transmission line(double circuit), demonstrating our capability to undertake large-scale infrastructure projects. It also has a 66 kV substation that caters to three Group Net Metering (GNM) users, ensuring efficient power distribution and management. The project further includes a bay extension at the substation end.
