Okaya EV Joins Forces with Bluwheelz for 1000 EV Deployment

Okaya EV, a firm which delves in electric vehicle (EV) industry, has entered into a strategic partnership with Bluwheelz, a tech-enabled logistics firm, known for first-mile, mid-mile, and last-mile logistics solutions and offers Fleet as a Service.

The two firms will look at deploying 1000 EVs by September 2023. The initiative will kick off in Delhi, Jaipur, and Bhubaneswar, with the goal of reaching approximately 5,000 EVs within the next two years.

The partnership will address cost and timeline challenges prevalent in the E-commerce and food tech industries.

Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Anshul Gupta, Managing Director of Okaya EV, stated, “We are thrilled to partner with Bluwheelz, a company that shares our commitment to sustainable transportation. This collaboration will not only accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles in the logistics industry but also contribute significantly to reducing our carbon footprint.”

Okaya EV recently introduced a new electric scooter “Faast F2F”. The E-scooter offers a range of 70–80 km on a single charge and a top speed of 55 km/h depending on the load. It takes four-five hours to get fully charged and has three driving modes: Eco, City & Sports that make it ideal perfect for city road conditions.
