NTPC Tenders for 2 MW Solar Plant at Agartala Airport By Ayush Verma/ Updated On Mon, Feb 8th, 2021 NTPC subsidiary NVVN has issued a tender for setting up of 2 MW solar PV power plant with net metering at the Agartala Airport. NTPC subsidiary NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Ltd (NVVN) has issued a tender, inviting builds from eligible bidders, for setting up of 2 MW solar PV power plant with net metering at the Agartala Airport. The scope of work for the selected bidders will include designing, engineering, manufacturing, supply, packing and forwarding, transportation, unloading, storage, erection, testing and commissioning of 2 MW (AC) solar PV plant with Net Metering. The developers will also be required to provide comprehensive operation and maintenance (O&M) services for the plant for a period of 3 years from the date of successful commissioning. NVVN intends to finance the subject package through external commercial borrowings/ domestic commercial borrowings/ own sources. The last date for bid submission is February 22, 2021, and the techno-commercial bids will be opened on February 23, 2021. The reference plant of 100 kW or higher capacity must have been in successful operation for at least six months prior to the techno-commercial bid opening date.
