According to the tender conditions, the bidder will be responsible for the project’s operation & maintenance (O&M) work for three years from the date of commissioning. The deadline for proposal submissions is July 14, 2022. According to the procurement guidelines, Bidders must furnish Rs10 Crore as bid security. As an EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) work, the bidder should have done all (designed, supplied, and commissioned) BoS work for grid-connected 40 MW or greater solar project. At least one plant with a capacity of 10 MW or more, the bidder must have been operating for at least six months. (previous to the bid opening date.) The bidder’s average annual turnover for any three of the previous five financial years should not be less than Rs 270 Crore. In addition, Either as a developer or as an EPC Contractor, The bidder must have completed at least one electrical substation of 33 kV or higher voltage level, consisting of equipment such as 33 kV or higher voltage level circuit breakers and power transformer, that has been in operation for a year before the bid opening date. As of the bid opening date, the bidder’s average annual turnover should not be less than ₹270 Crore for any three of the previous five financial years. If a bidder’s holding business fails to fulfill the annual turnover criteria on its own, the bidder’s holding company will be compelled to meet the requirements.
