NTPC Invites Applications For Enlistment of Wind Energy Developers

The last date for application submission is February 27, 2019.

NTPC Ltd. has issued a Notice Inviting Applications (NIA), inviting bids from eligible bidders for the enlistment of Wind Energy Projects (WEP) anywhere in India of NTPC.

The brief scope of work for enlisted wind energy developers will include, the design, engineering, micro-siting, manufacture, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and proving the guaranteed performance parameters for installation of the offered wind farm including Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs), control panels, reactive power compensating devices, Central  monitoring  and control system (CMCS), Wind monitoring mast(s) etc.

Along with comprehensive operation & maintenance of the offered wind farm as detailed in tech specs including the supply of all spare parts, consumables, repairs/replacement of any defective equipment.

The last date for application submission is February 27, 2019, and the date for the opening of the applications has also been scheduled for the same date.

To be eligible, the bidder should have manufactured,  supplied,  erected/supervised erection and commissioned/supervised commissioning of Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) of minimum rating of 1500 KW. And, should have designed,  erected/supervised erection and commissioned/supervised commissioning of at least one wind farm with installed capacity of minimum 10 MW along with associated civil & electrical works.

Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover not less than Rs 299 crore during the preceding three completed financial years as on the date of the techno-commercial bid opening.

The last date for submission of applications is February 27, 2019, and the applications will be opened on February 28, 2019.

NTPC’s latest tender for developing 900 kW rooftop solar PV power plant at its Bongaigaon Thermal Power Plant in Assam ends on March 02, 2019. All bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs 5 lakhs along with their bids.
