NISE to Organize ‘Programme on prospects for Start – Ups in Solar Energy Technologies’ By Anirudh Sharma/ Updated On Thu, Sep 6th, 2018 NISE is aiming at letting the participants equip with the scope and business opportunities in solar photovoltaic, solar thermal and solar water pumping technologies. In line with the Startup India Initiative by the Government of India, National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) is organizing a five-day Programme on prospects for Start–Ups in Solar Energy Technologies from September 24-28, in order to provide opportunities to qualitatively step in the solar energy fraternity. The target audiences are the existing and prospective solar entrepreneurs, EPC contractors, graduate engineers, MNRE channel partners, energy department officials of Government of India, officers from state nodal agencies and individual business men interested in solar field. In the past NISE had conducted 12 similar Programmes which were hugely successful. The programme is aimed at letting the participants equip with the scope and business opportunities in solar photovoltaic, solar thermal and solar water pumping technologies II and opportunities under Start up India / Stand up India Policy of Government of India. However, training fee per participant is Rs 8,850 (including of 18% GST- (Rs.7500+Rs.1350)). There are a total of 40 seats on first come first serve basis.
