NISE Extends Bid Submission Deadline for Advanced PV Characterization Laboratory

Earlier, NISE had floated a tender/bid for the planning, designing, development, supply, installation execution and commissioning of f Class 100K Clean Room for Advanced PV characterization laboratory on Turnkey basis at National Institute of Solar Energy, Gurugram, Haryana.

The National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) has extended deadline for bid submission for a class 100K Clean Room PV characterization laboratory at the institute’s premises.

The NISE bid date has been extended till August 13, 2018 from the previously stated date of July 23, 2018.

Earlier, NISE had floated a tender/bid for the planning, designing, development, supply, installation execution and commissioning of f Class 100K Clean Room for Advanced PV characterization laboratory on Turnkey basis at National Institute of Solar Energy, Gurugram, Haryana.

Moreover, a sum of Rs 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh only) should be submitted as the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) along with the technical bid in the form of Demand Draft / Fixed Deposit Receipt from a commercial bank / Bank Guarantee from a Commercial Bank in an acceptable form to NISE, Gurugram.

For the validity of earnest money: the earnest money shall be submitted by the bidder in the form of CDR/FDR/BG from any bank operations in India pledged to the Director General NISE. This shall remain valid for 12 months from the date of submission of bids.

The eligibility criteria includes: the bidder should be a reputed supplier having a turnover of not less than Rs 1 crore during their last three financial years each. The proof of turnover shall be submitted with the technical bids. The list of clients may also be submitted.

Also, the bidders must have supplied, installed and commissioned at least two Cleanrooms of Class 100K or better.

Moreover, after the expiration of warranty period, AMC for 3 years shall be quoted separately. (Consideration of AMC for bid evaluation may be decide by NISE Committee).
