Sunsure and SECI Sign 300 MW Solar ISTS Power Purchase Agreement Sunsure Energy, the preferred renewable energy solutions provider for India’s leading businesses transitioning to green power, marks a significant milestone by signing its first utility-scale solar Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), a leading Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking (CPSU). The agreement covers a capacity of 300 MW (450 MWp) with Inter-State Transmission System ISTS connectivity, marking the largest PPA in Sunsure’s journey so far. The capacity was a part of SECI’s Tranche XIII auction for ISTS solar capacity, which the company won in March 2024. Bondada Engineering Plans To Invest ₹450 Crore in 100 MW Hybrid Renewable Plant in Assam Last week, KPI Green Energy Limited awarded a work order to Bondada Engineering for BOS Items Supply & Services for EPCC Works at Vagra, Amod, and Rajkot locations. The company said in a regulatory filing, “The order is expected to be completed within 90 days from the date of receipt of the PO.” The project is valued at Rs. 88,49,76,223. In a separate agreement, the Chairman and Managing Director of Bondada Engineering, Bondada Raghavendra Rao, exchanged an MoU with the Education Minister for the Welfare of Plain Tribe & Backward Classes, Assam, Ranoj Pegu. The company stated in a regulatory filing, “The agreement was signed at the Advantage Assam 2.0 Summit 2025, organized in Hyderabad, for establishing a Hybrid Renewable Energy Plant in Assam to invest in hybrid projects under the UNNATI Scheme. This project is envisioned to be a 100 MW facility integrated with Solar and Wind Power Projects.
